I heard Mobilia from my friend, and when I shopped in this place, I really enjoy the time! The design consultant Ron gave me some great ideas, and I am really appreciate Megan with her support. They all so supportive and patient! I also love the entire store environment! Thank you so much again for the wonderful experience, and I hope that I can come to visit Mobilia again if I need more great quality furnitures~

Never ever trust them. My parents moved to new place recently. They didn’t want to keep the old furniture to new place and they bought a new sofa and new dining table set with E.Z sales person. Last week. She promised to setting a delivery date as of 20 of Dec. which never happened. Meaning time my mom changed style of dining table. They changed the delivery date to 21 of Dec. which never happened. Sales manager calling us saying we have a balance owing. That we can pay it to the driver. Until this time we thought we can get it on time. However we didn’t owe the payment. (My parents went to store and confirmed) they keep changing their word. It’s a holiday season all the family gathering together. We are having our meal without dining table. Sitting on the floor. If they didn’t promise the delivery date. We NAVER going to buy the furniture from them. Why did they keep changing the delivery date? If you don’t have the stuck or if you can’t delivery on time why do you sell it and ruin our holidays? I am very disappointed on their service. Until now we still don’t know the exact date of delivery. If you don’t want that happen to you.. don’t buy it from them.

Customer service was great initially. Once they had my money and the product arrived things started to go downhill. From afar the sofa looks great, but it started to look worn within a week. Someone came out and confirmed it needed more down, but that was months ago and I have not heard anything since then. The initiative is constantly on the customer to make sure things get done within an appropriate time. Really disappointed with the service at this store, especially since they were great in the beginning . Not sure I would recommend it.

Was there a couple of weeks ago with my sister. Ron A. greeted us at the door. Was very pleasant and informative. Helpful, but not pushy. He introduced himself and allowed us to explore the store, giving us plenty of space to do so, but was right there ready to answer all our questions about each piece of furniture we were contemplating on. He offered coffee and water which was great because we were there for almost 2 hours. I bought a beautiful bed. It was delivered promptly as promised. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Remember to ask for Ron to help you if you plan to go.

Great experience overall at this store. Bought our dining table here last month. Delivery was on time and went smoothly. Delivery guys called me 2 days before to give me a 3 hour delivery window which is more than I can say about other retailers.. The staff were great, available, but not pushy for sales, and left us alone to browse when we came in the store a few times. The table is holding up very well and the quality seems solid. Recommend this store for gorgeous modern furniture that will hopefully last us many years!!
