We were welcomed soon as we stepped in. Very helpful in finding what you want. They ordered a mattress of what they didnt have there, just to let us try it out. When we go back next week, there will definitely be a purchase. Great place for furnishing your home, as prices are comparable. 👍

The best service in the area. The staff are amazing, friendly, and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roszell's over any other store!

I normally do not write reviews but felt compelled to express the challenges we have had dealing with the customer service related aspects of our purchase. My wife and I purchased a bedroom set manufactured by Ashley furniture from Roszell's in May of 2018. After a favourable experience with the purchase and delivery our delivery driver noticed that every piece of the furniture we purchased was damaged in some way. We were told that we would be contacted by the sales agent to address this. The frustration we have had is that the lines of communication have completely shut down. We were told that someone would be by to touch up what they could...we were then told after the sales rep came to view the defective furniture that we would be issued all new furniture and told over and over again that the delivery would be coming. I want to mention that during all of this we were never contacted voluntarily by the sales team at Roszell's. The onus was always on my wife and myself to initiate contact. Finally after the last time we were told that our delivery would be coming we left it and resigned ourselves to the fact that Roszell's was not going to fulfill the commitment they had communicated to us by fixing or replacing sub-par product by their supplier. Ultimately we are stuck with $1700 of furniture that was all damaged. Ultimately we are very disappointed with the follow through when issues came up. We wanted to do all of our purchasing at a small family type store as we were under the impression that the service levels we would receive would be much better than the big box stores. Unfortunately we were mistaken will be purchasing new furniture elsewhere to replace the inferior product we received from Roszell's. I want to be very clear that we have been more than fair with trying to work with Roszell's. This review comes over 6 months after purchase.
