My wife and I recently made a sizeable purchase of outdoor furniture from “Tony” at the above mentioned store. We had done our homework, studied the market and still found ourselves coming back to your location. What “closed the deal” for us was the superior support and service offered by Tony. He went out of his way to assure we were happy. Tony personally took ownership of everything he was promising (from having product shipped between stores in a timely fashion, to phoning/texting me while I was working and travelling throughout the US, to calling me on his days off to assure everything was executed as planned in his absence). Thank you for making a difference Tony and for assuring an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Stopped in last week to look at outdoor dining sets and we were greeted by Tony. He showed us a number of units and options and left us to mull things over. We purchased a table with eight chairs and cushions and received a promise that the black table we had requested would arrive the following Wed. Tony called me on Wed. and informed me everything was ready for pickup. What a pleasant surprise! Very few places today offer excellent service but DOT still does. A most pleasurable shopping experience! A big thank you to Tony. Doug and Laurie

I just wanted to thank Tony for his outstanding customer service. Tony did a great job steering us to the patio set that met our budget and needs. We're very excited to enjoy our ParkPlace patio set this season and for many more to come.

We recently purchased patio furniture from here. The customer service is AMAZING. Jordan is very knowledgeable, and has a great eye for decorating. She went above and beyond and made sure that our backyard has been transformed into a place of comfort and relaxation while enjoying a fun time with friends or quiet time with a book. I would recommend this place to anyone, the furniture is high quality and you can always count on receiving the best help when you visit. THANK YOU SO MUCH JORDAN AND ALL THE STAFF AT DOT FURNITURE..... now onto margarita's in my backyard oasis!
