Good spot for very affordable furniture, definitely far from top of the line. Lots of printed laminate to look at, but there is higher quality items if you do some searching. The friendly staff around made it pleasant.

We purchased two dinning sets from them about a year ago. One of the tables is catastrophically cracking apart from the base. It looks to be poorly made and there may have been issues from the installation that weren't obvious. Contacted Tepperman's and they refused to help because it's been over one year from the purchase date. The guy on the phone suggested wood glue, which is ridiculous for the issue. I decided to check every other piece over for defects. The server belonging to the other set has started chipping away in areas that don't get worn out. Some parts of the chairs weren't screwed together tight (didn't notice because they're only used on occasion). As some reviewers suggested, they only care about their sales. Their installation, quality and after-sales support are suspect. I understand the warranty period is just over, but furniture has to last more than one year. Update: Teppermans may have posted a comment offering to help, but when I called, they denied all claims. Seems like an attempt at making themselves look better on the review without actually helping the customer.

Great store with great furniture and selection. Also the bargain annex area of the store has amazing deals on clearance items and scratch and dent items. They deliver to a large distance outside of the city as well and have a 0% interest credit plan

We recently bought a few pieces of furniture. Very happy with all pieces purchased. Our sales person Nadine S was extremely helpful and very patient with us as we changed our order a couple of times during the buying process. We were always greeted with a big smile and she was always willing to help. Thank you Nadine!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever!! I bought a sectional there and upon delivery it was damaged, judging by the reviews it happens A LOT, good thing I have a rip and stain warranty right? Wrong. I call in to find out what they can do and get told I will get a call back, no one calls. Go into the store, get told I have to call customer service as they are the ones that deal with it. WOW really?? This is the way you treat people who just spent $3,000 at your store. I would give you another shot but judging by the platitudes written by the person responding to all these negative reviews nothing is really being done to fix these ongoing horrendous customer service problems. In this capitalist society where stores all have the same thing and price match, I can take my money somewhere else and hopefully get the quality customer service I'm looking for. Thanks for nothing.
