I have never bought anything from this IKEA Pick-Up in London, Ontario, but I did been to an actually real IKEA in Etobicoke, Ontario a few months ago. Their items are decent, and some of their items can be flimsy. Their food and drinks is affordable compare to Costco. Their utensils and other household items is worth buying, and IKEA is a good place to buy stuff for those who needs an affordable furniture or other use in their apartments of houses. I do not really shop at IKEA often, but it is an okay Swedish shop to buy from. The future IKEA Store that is build by Costco by the Highway 401 would be great enough, so no one does not have to drive to Burlington, Ontario just to go there.

The warehouse is on the out skirts but very chickly organized. Customer friendly service. Easy to order online or in store and pick up here. They deliver according to the estimate provided. Although don't be surprised that a day before the estimated delivery you receive an email saying that package is in transit (Which might make you think they won't deliver on time)

Delivery to a while to get there not their fault though that's mainly the main IKEA they ship from. When you do order something it wont be ready in the morning of the day of delivery but in the afternoon usually after 1300. They will email you so just watch for that. The store itself is realistically small but still has somethings in it that usually just a a few couches, chairs, dinning room sets, kitchen counters. Really that type of thing.

I was annoyed I was not asked if I needed help loading my product in my car. I was alone and able to do so, but it would of been nice to have the offer of assistance. I spent over $3000 . IKEA should consider to improve costumer service at London location!

Wish they had more products to view here. Basically a pick up store and a store to look at kitchen options. Some small decorative items as well.
