Damian is one of the most comprehensive and well spoken sales guys I've run into. He was knowledgeable and went over and above EVERY time we had to deal with the store.
Purchasing product was easy. We went in twice and Damian took time with us each visit so we chose the right fit for our growing family.
Delivery was spectacular. The guys were on time, polite, and not rough or rammy with the product (you know how sometimes it can go, get in and get out - don't care about the mess you leave).
I will say that we had some issues with the Brick card not applying payment properly as well as their billing format being SUPER shady. I would not recommend getting this - even for the free shipping on your Brick products - as it takes more time to resolve everything because Desjardins is the W.O.R.S.T. For instance, I was on hold for over 47 minutes to try and ask them a question on my first bill and finally had to go back to in store to talk to sales guys who shouldn't be dealing with credit card issues, but Damian stepped up to the plate to help reduce my frustration and help mediate with finance.
If you are looking for amazing service, a great deal, and a kind (and non-pushy) sales guy you should DEFINITELY visit this location & ask to work directly with Damian.
