Our original review is below but since Paul and team eventually came out to fix the barn doors credit needed to be given to Paul and Zach in particular who was very attentive and courteous in making sure we were very happy with the finished product. Thank you Paul and Team. The Doors look great! We ordered two custom barn doors for our home renovations and everything was going well up until the delivery. Paul would answer or return calls, emails would go back and forth but the minute the doors arrived and our contractor noticed the hardware was installed uneven, causing the doors not to shut evenly. From this moment the service went from bad to worse. Lush Woodcraft admitted the doors were not up to standard and agreed to take them back and reinstall the doors afterwards, also stating that the individual responsible for this disaster had been fired by the company. After weeks of false promises and constantly following up, we finally received a delivery and install date, this was pushed back on three occasions and then randomly on a day no-one was notified about the doors were finally abandoned outside my house with absolutely no protection from the surrounding environment. Since Lush didn't reinstall the doors I had to pay our contractor to re hang them, after getting them installed we discovered the doors were incomplete and faulty, no hardware handles, wouldn't close and the doors themselves are two different sizes, like an amateur had done it. These issues could quite easily be fixed and we have been very patient trying to work with them but when you call Lush Woodcraft over 40 times in 48 hours and email them twice with out having one person answer or respond it is extremely frustrating. Having done a major house renovation we are now waiting to get the barn doors which we ordered back in March. Having paid $2,744.77 for these doors we expect the service and quality of the product to meet the price. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I have looked at the Lush Woodcraft products for a while. Recently, I went to the showroom and ordered directly from them. They answered all of my questions and were excellent to deal with. I would definitely recommend the company.

Paul and the team made a beautiful barn door for us. It separates my wife's home business from the rest of the house. Its awesome.

We have had a terrible experience with Lush. Looks beautiful on the surface but the quality is poor. Customer service is terrible. They say they stand behind their product but tried to charge a huge amount for requests to bring our vanity up to the standards you would expect for the price. Turn around time for work is weeks if not months. I hate to say it but buyer beware. I personally would not recommend this company at all.

I had an agreement for them to do some barn board walls and a fireplace mantel and agreed on their estimate and not with them and give them a $1,500 down payment and now they have disappeared and will not return any phone calls or emails. Buyer beware UPDATE AFTER INSTALLATION!!! I would like to take back my bad review of lush Woodcraft. After some lack of communication, Paul came out and did a wonderful and professional job. I would highly recommend anyone using them as you will get high quality product. Thanks again Paul for making a bad situation initially into a rewarding experience.
