Moved recently and had to buy a bunch of furniture and accessories. The staff (Amelia as per name tag) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely made the experience much better.

Came to look for plant shelving and pots. There were no sales staff that offered to help, or were even visible. We found one salesperson who kept asking another customer "Are the seats up? Are your seats up? Are the seats up or down?" but there were no sales staff that offered to help or appeared willing to help. Eventually we found the GARDEN section, after doing one lap around the whole store. Very poor selection. Found very little pots and overpriced, cheap looking plastic shelves and even more overpriced wooden shelves. Bought a shower curtain and some shower curtain rings while we were there. There was only ONE type of shower curtain ring to pick from, and the quality of the product was so cheap that two of them broke when we were hanging our new shower curtain. The package didn't include ANY extras of the cheap and brittle plastic shower curtain rings, just the exact amount for the shower curtain, so now we paid too much for a new shower curtain and broken shower curtain rings. We will be going to the dollar store to buy better quality shower curtain rings.

I was already in a bad mood walking in into the store, then to hear my shipment wasn't in did not help. But the employee David was not ready to let me leave upset. He was calm and respectful even though I wasn't a pleasure to deal with. I am so thankful for all your help

This place is amazing! Great prices on everything. The furniture is beautiful and some items you wouldnt guess the price..everything looks like it should be wayy more expensive. I will continue shopping here for all my household needs.:)

Sometimes they have some good deals, I bought a $349 chair for $124 bucks. Lack of staff but when they get to help, they helped out a lot. The staff helped carry the chair to my car although it was not necessary but they were very eager to help.
