We are so impressed with the professionalism of all employees that we had the pleasure dealing with. From the first time in the store, to the personal home visit, to the patience of my picking out our new furniture & colors, to the delivery and placement of all our furniture. Dal's we felt went above and beyond in comparison to what you would expect from most other stores. The enjoyable part is both my husband & I know we purchase good quality furniture to last for years and we love how it looks in our new home. Thank-you Candy, Kim & Dal for a great customer service experience and we will definitely be back again for future purchases. Wendy & Gord

Staff are helpful but leave you alone if you want to just browse. That being said, pricing appears to be $$$$.

Purchasing my sectional at Dal's furniture was easy and convenient. I was very impressed the moment I walked in the door. I was assisted with picking out a sectional and provided with numerous choices for the fabric. I was promised a delivery date and the item actually came before then. These folks are top notch and I appreciated the fact that they do not do the hard sell like most big chains. Their furniture is also mostly Canadian made. My sectional looks great and it is a very high quality. Price was also great!

I walked into this store on Friday morning and walked right back out. It's was so unprofessional and disorganized. I don't know how they could provide any customer service or any custom orders when there were papers and order all over the place. A disorganized business is a poorly run business. First appearance when you walk into a business is #1 for the customer.

Unlike the other reviewers here I have had pretty good results with Dal's. They built our sofa with custom fabric and finish about 7 years ago and it is still in good condition even with 2 kids jumping all over it. One reviewer complained of having to carry the furniture in on your own, but they offer 3 delivery options - curbside, in house and in house with assembly. I gave this store 3 stars because I think its worth it to go to their other storefront on Lynden Road which isn't so crowded and has much more furniture out for you to see and try.
