This is the worst customer service ever!!! Be aware they treat you like they don`t care about you just want your money and get the paying pay check on the end of the week. I mean with this specially Jessica! who is working in the costumer service area. This person should be long time already replaced, I heard other costumer complain about always the same person MOSTLY. So if someone is really interested in buying furniture here make sure you get your way around this unfriendly unprofessional rude careless employee. Just saying be aware...

Purchased a leather sectional couch from here, they ordered the wrong one and we caught the mistake a few days later. So we had to wait even longer. No problem. Couch was delayed for 3 weeks and was told it may be another week longer. The customer service representative i was dealing with in the store was so rude to me as i was trying to get a time line on how much longer as we now had no couches. After my interaction with this rep i didn't see the sense in purchasing a product from a company who was not interested in their paying customers.

We ordered our couch here. They failed to mention they would only be able to deliver between certain times of the day. We finally found this out the day before we were to move in. Long story short they didn't even put our couch together and still made us pay delivery. Worst customer service I've experienced in a while. We will be spending our money at Teppermans from now on.

I would like to mention that they don't deserve any stars at all. My daughter and I came into the brick in Brantford in April. We came in looking for a queen sized bed for my daughter. Purchased a bed that was on sale with the help of Fred O, one of the sales associates. Payed for it that day and was told it would be ready for pick up a few weeks later. Picked up the bed and brought it home and put it all together to realize that we received the wrong bed. I then called and asked to speak with Fred O about why he ordered us the wrong bed. He apologized that he had ordered the wrong bed and that if I wanted the correct one that I would have to pay an additional $400. I then asked to speak with the manager but Fred said he would investigate with the manager and call me back. They did not call back the next day so I called back again. The solution they came up with was giving us a box spring for the bed instead of the bed that we originally asked for. I then told them my daughter has a picture of the bed set we had asked to be ordered and that we would come into the store and prove that we had paid for that bed that was on sale. We went in and showed them the photos and they said "I guess we have to give it to you then". We will bring the new bed out to you with no delivery charge and we will take apart the bed and put the new bed together for you. When they arrived the delivery people told me that they don't take apart or put together the bed. So I phoned the store and they said the order sheets had nothing on there saying that and they talked to manager that was involved and he lied through his teeth saying he never said that. I then had to take the bed apart myself and put together the new one as well. Overall I am very disappointed with their business and professionalism. I will never shop at that store again and recommend nobody else to shop their either.

My experience at this location has always been a positive one. The employees are always extremely friendly and honest. They are very approachable and do not pressure you into making unwanted purchases.
