STAY AWAY ,new owners they delivered a love seat to the father inlaws last Tuesday all smashed and have been getting the run around for a week now some new thing called customer care more like' who cares' save yourself a lot of grief and shop elswhere

I recently visited the store for the first time as I had heard wonderful feedback from my friends and family, especially my parents. My parents had furnished most of their new home at Ashley Furniture in Brantford and they were just delighted with the service and the incredible deal they received. As I walked in I was happily greeted by a couple of women that were rearranging furniture. I later found out that they were the store and sales manager. They were absolutely wonderful! I have never received such great customer service. I ended up buying more than I intended to in that trip because the deal they offered me was so incredible I couldn't pass it up! I ended up buying a really nice mattress set, a sectional, and a dining set for a price that really surprised me. I was also very impressed with the quality of the pieces they had in their showroom. I should mention that my sales rep Tyson was so helpful! He made the whole shopping experience easy and was very knowledgeable about the products on the floor. I recently had my products delivered and the delivery guys were fantastic (Jeff & Kyle). They arrived on time, they were professional, polite, and very careful bringing my heavy furniture downstairs. Everything was assembled quickly and easily. I'm so happy with my purchase and the great shopping experience I received from Tyson, Tory, and Rachel! I'll definitely be back and will be recommending you to everyone I know. Thanks so much Ashley Furniture Brantford!

We purchased a queen mattress and box spring and a double mattress and have been extremely satisfied with the product and delivery. In the future we will be going back to buy a couch for our home. The customer service we received from Tory was exceptional. She was very patient with us and provided a lot of helpful information about the products. We will be repeat customers on account of the great pricing and outstanding customer service.

Wonderful experience with Tory at the Branford store! Bought our BEAUTIFUL sofa and a few months later bought 2 amazingly comfortable chairs that made our living room into the perfect mid century modern magazine. Couldn’t be happier with the delivery and outstanding customer service. Will be back again and again, quality has exceeded expectations and withstood kids and pets! Have been recommending to friends and family. Thanks Tory!

Although the initial purchase experience was lovely, we've since experienced the worst customer service! Within the first two weeks of taking delivery, something happened to the frame of the recliner sofa that we bought. Since we did purchase the 5yr Ashley protection plan for an extra $200 we were not immediately concerned and were assured that the problem would be corrected. I has since been 5 weeks since the initial promises of being contacted by Furniture Medic and we've heard nothing. Follow up phone calls have lead nowhere expect to more empty promises. A visit to the store was met with no management on staff. Very disappointed in what I thought was a high end furniture store. Unless amends are made for this in a surprisingly satisfactory manner, we will definitely recommend that no one we know ever considers dealing with this company. This is a one star rating only because Google won't allow a "zero star" rating.
