JYSK

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They changed their policy and will not deliver anymore, though site shows item can be picked up or delivered to your postal code. I love JYSK quality but its unfortunate that I cant shop here anymore.

Bought a dresser here. Husband was putting it together and most of the cam lock screws we're snapping. Which led us to feel we bought a very cheaply designed unit. Anyone who has put together ANY furniture over the last couple decades know how to use these locking screws and they should not be easy to break whatsoever. We called the store were informed that they had no more of this particular dresser and no way to give us spare parts. We were told we could return it and had the choice to have them order a new one or not. Seeing how the dresser seemed to be very cheap with breaking assembly parts we opted to order a different dresser and return this one. This dresser came in two boxes. Anyone who has put furniture together knows that the boxes pretty much are unassembled and fitting all the parts back in would be next to impossible. Well upon return we spoke with the manager who was not happy it was not in the box and said he could not reaell it if it was not on the box.....if he thinks it would have been easy we had ALL the packaging ....I would have loved to see him try. He told us of he accepted the return it would have been store credit only. Well we could not afford to have $200 sitting on a jysk card....my daighted needed a dresser. So all we could do is take the spare cam lock screw he offered us. He then accused my husband of not putting them in right thus causing them to break ... wrong. They are pretty simple to use...they were just made poorly. Which is funny my husband did nothing different with the new ones and no breakage occurred...bringing us back to the assumption we bought a cheap peice of junk. If a company sells junk and a customer is not happy they should do the honorable thing and offer a refund. Was going to return there to buy my daughter a bed that she liked....now I won't be. Wish I would have warned my mother about this place before she just made a large purchase from there as well....oh well live and learn.

Great products. Good prices

I bought very durable, matching bedding from this store! The mattress and box springs are of high quality and very cheap! Some of the framed wall pictures are the best I have seen and I had trouble choosing one they all were so beautiful! The genuine leather, durable office chairs in a variety of colours were so cheap I could not believe the prices! The table cloths and accessories in many colours and fabrics could not be found in other stores! Some of the glass ware was very beautiful and though I did not need glass wear I bought it because it was so elegantly designed! Many small articles for the home are sold at this store!

Awesome Customer Service. And Awesome Prices!! :)
