I am so disappointed. I bought a couch and love seat in December. The sales rep offered us a discount to sell it to us to get it off the floor. Both items have fallen apart only 8 months later. The cushions are all flat and have lost their shape so much that your bum ends up on a hard wooden bar. There is a rip at one of the seems and the fabric has little balls on it. I am told that because I bought this as the floor model discounted I do not have a warranty and this should have been written on my bill. They sure know how to cover themselves. I feel completely ripped off. Live and Learn I guess.

Got my new couches here, good quality and great staff. They even take your old furniture while delivering the new stuff. Overall great service.

Update: The company has since made good and I have a new sofa and loveseat. There is a new manager there and he seems to actually care about customer service. ----------AVOID!!!!!! I purchased a furniture set in Sept 2017. It needs replacement. I started a claim with the vendor on July 19/18 & I still have no repair/replacement I purchased a sofa and loveseat on September 9, 2017. Within 10 months, the springs on the end seat of the sofa popped out. The cushions on both the sofa and loveseat have flattened out and are no longer comfortable. I purchased the extended warranty and was told by the warranty company that the claim was not valid as I did not report the damage within 30 days. However, I was not told of this obligation. When I purchased the extended warranty, I was told by the sales person that "he" would replace both the sofa and loveseat if it was damaged "for any reason" once within a 5 year period. I was told that even if the sofa fell off a truck, "he" would replace it. I was never given paperwork for the warranty...I only had proof of purchase on the invoice. Once the claim was denied, I contacted the store of purchase and spoke to the manager, Dave Stewart, and was told that he would put a warranty claim in with the vendor as the damage incurred within the first year. I submitted photos and a copy of the invoice on July 19th and have emailed the manager 4 times afterwards asking for a resolution and have been told that he was waiting for approval from the vendor. However, I still have not received a response from my last email. I have submitted a claim with the Better Business Bureau and with the vendor.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY OR TIME PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! I have purchased a couch and love seat and 10 year warranty. The couch did not last quite a year with damage to cushion and arm rest. I have been trying to get a claim started for more rhan months now!!! I was given a number for warranty for me to contact.. I have left messages and called countless times to no avail it just goes to voicemail to which no one returns messages. I have been in the store numerous times to get claim started the manager is extremely rude! Then my file miraculosly was deleted from file, no record of sale after that....I, thankfully, had the receipt to show it was, indeed, a sale!!! Talked to another manager who gave me a number to call to get claim started and a few weeks after contacting warranty I now get a response via email stating the 10 year warranty needs to be reported within 30 days of damage occurred!! So my warranty is voided. So, once again please do not deal with this store the manager was extremely rude after money was in hand you are screwed!!! The staff were very apologetic and sympathetic but have no authority to help in this situation .
