My Husband and I recently were taken care of by Shelly of the Brick in Pembroke Ontario. She was fantastic!! We were buying quite a lot of furniture and she helped us in every way possible...she also watched if the pieces came on sale before they were delivered and refunded us even more. She was so friendly and helpful!! Then came moving day and James and Chris took care of us. They delivered our furniture and set everything up. They were so efficient and careful with every piece. They made our day so much easier! They were polite and helpful in every way. We drove back to the Brick to talk to the owners Patty and Matt...they greeted us like we were friends. No wonder their staff are so happy having the support they do from the owners. We want to thank them and we will be returning for anything else we may need!! Kudos to you all!!

Plenty of purchases over the years and always had friendly and helpful service. One time, I wasn’t pleased with a table that I purchased and it was replaced soon after contact. Overall great service and great purchases. Very friendly staff.

There are no words to express how grateful we are for The Brick Pembroke’s outstanding customer service. Our family was going through a very difficult time; we were beyond shocked when the delivery guys went above and beyond by changing our order delivering the furniture and setting it up even though this is not there job. Such a blessing to have a business that cares. Thank you from the bottom of our heart!

My fiancé and I purchased a new home in November and we went to the Brick to fully furnish it. We had nothing but excellent service through our whole experience, from sitting down with one of the sales staff and going over our different options to delivery. Everything was done very professionally. We don't recommend anyone else when it comes to home furnishing. Any purchases for our home in the future will be done at the Brick in Pembroke.

They don't usually have anything in stock. When we went to get a TV stand a while ago the salesman said no we have to order it and good luck finding one, in a sarcastic voice. But we ended up getting the same one on sale at Canadian tire that day.
