Good place to go to get all those school and work supplies. They have a good tech selection, although a little more organization would be nice.

Sales person extremely helpful. Cashier ignorant and insulting. When I inquired about Air Miles I was told I didn't ask and that it was not her responsibility to have asked me. Begrudgingly refused my order and redone it. Would shop there ever again.

I liked staples because I know they have all the office supplies I need. However, I went in yesterday to have some photos printed and the woman in the printing center did not even stand up from her computer to come talk to me and barely looked at me when she asked me what I needed (she was distracted by what she was doing on her computer obviously). When I told her I wanted pictures printed she told me I would have to go home and upload them to the staples website first and then resumed what she was doing on her computer. I took my business to the Shoppers Drugmart, where they have a self-serve photoprinter and I got my photos back that same day, not to mention the girl who assisted me there was much kinder. Sorry staples, poor customer service shows me that you obviously don’t care about my business if an employee was willing to send me away without even an apology. I can get the same products elsewhere and at a lower price.

I was looking to buy a desk, but they don’t have anyone trained to get it off the shelves. How do you run a business if nobody is trained to do one of the jobs. Such a trash place to go I won’t be going there anymore.
