Great place to shop for pool supplies. Kind staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Only feedback is, create a better call back system. The chlorine puck dispenser that was backordered in July 2018.... you said you would call when you got it in. Yup it is $10 or something cheap... but you said you would call. I will adjust my rating if you make good on your word. It was management I was speaking with, not just a floor kid too. But this is just one rating in a world of online feedback.

Great shopping experience. Very knowledgeable staff. You wouldn't believe what this store has to offer....not just pools.

The worst service ever! Total rip-off! They don’t know what they’re doing! Guess work! Replace every part and hope they get it right! Got a $135.00 bill for nothing! Absolutely the worst business ever! They win the worse customer service of the year award! I’d like to give this a NO STAR! But hats off to Mark on our pool closure! He gets a five star! But they know nothing about hot tubs! Even the ones they sell!!!

Called the store the other day as I was having an issue with my hot tub. The in-store staff was great to deal with as they were very friendly and helpful over the phone. However, once I was directed to their service and repair department my experience changed. The customer service wasn't great, waited several hours after leaving a voicemail and no one called me back, so I ended up calling back a second time and finally got a hold of someone. The hourly labour fee that I was told was drastically higher than the previous company I had contacted. Not to mention if 2 people end up working on your hot tub the labour fee goes up. I was also told that I would have to order any parts needed for the hot tub on my own because of the type of hot tub brand I had. Needless to say I went with the previous company I had originally contacted because their labour fees were cheaper and they didn't charge extra if 2 people came out to work on the tub. As well, they themselves were willing to order the parts that might be needed.
