What a wonderful atmosphere to be surrounded in when making a big purchase. Nothing better than excellent customer service as well. PJ was amazing and took his time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Will be returning in the future. Thank you PJ!

Amazing service! My girlfriend and I purchased a new king bed set and absolutely loved the experience! The manager was so helpful , he asked about sleep tendencies and comfort. I love my new pillow! I'll be back for my big screen tv in a few months!

Please never buy the warranty there. It took me at least 7 calls and 3 months to get a technician to come in and look at my sofa's power recliner motor. He left the house without giving any time frame as to when he would get the part. A month later I got a voicemail from the technician saying that the brick told him this is not covered by the warranty and to talk to the store about it. Next day I went to the store and demanded to just get my money back (190 I paid for the warranty). In the end the did give me the money I paid for the warranty and my couch was never fixed.

The staff were friendly and made me quite A good offer on some new living room furniture but ultimately I was concerned about the quality of the furniture and I ended up ordering furniture from another store.

I recently bought a washer, dryer, and stand up freezer. My sales person, Derek was very knowledgeable and great to give me feedback, as well as help me find the appliances that will best suit what we need. Our appliances were a day later than expected delivery, causing us to make an extra trip to Sudbury, but we love the appliances that we received!
