Staff was helpful with out being overly agressive . Staff was also patient with us as my wife changed her mind on occasion. Product selection is always nice as they have some non traditional products and a selection that doesn't mimic what the other 2 or 3 competitors in city seem to share.

Recently purchased a couch here. Very different feel from some of the larger big box furniture stores. Low pressure sales environment, however staff were available when needed. Unique modern pieces. Quality feels great too. This is one of the only places where we were able to find a couch with solid metal feet and a single piece chaise at a reasonable price.) The only downside, is that I wish delivery was free on an almost 2000 dollar order.

If you feel the foams in there furniture and do the same at any other store, you can tell there furniture is sub par. If you only need furniture for a year or two. It will do. I believe they are taking advantage of Canadians. They refuse to say where the furniture is made because it is all third world accept some accessories. It is another Quebec company taking advantage of Canadians. If you buy a sofa for $300.00, can you imagine what they pay? About $50 to $60. Good luck to all who shop there.

ZERO STARS - BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been ignored and lied to by the Sudbury store. I emailed pictures of my SEVEN month old sofa to the company and to the store, as it has piled SO badly in such a short time, without being overused or abused that needs to replaced ALREADY. I finally called and spoke with the store manager who had recieved my email and had forwarded it to her DM, she told me "it was the worst case of piling they've seen" and they would try to depil the couch or replace it. She told me she had ordered a tool and would call with arrangements to try it, I live over an hour away. She said she would get back to me, but in the meantime LOOK FOR A REPLACEMENT COUCH. I never heard back. I called and emailed numerous times in the next few weeks, speaking with the assistant manager, confirming he received my emails and link to the replacement couch we had decided on. We even talked to him about dimensions of the replacement couch.. He said the manager would call me asap. She never did, I called her back today - she told me "THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU, BYE" I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received from this company. Your product is defective and you have done NOTHING to amend a very disappointed customer. I was lied to and wasted weeks of my time calling, emailing and looking for a replacement couch after BEING DIRECTED TOO. I am appalled & will make SURE everyone I know hears this story and stays away from this store and company.
