Purchased a set of tires that they did not have in stock. Was told it would be 3-4 weeks. Almost 9 weeks later and they are in. I called many times trying to find out what the status was only to be I would be called back with a delivery date. Only twice I actually received a call back but never any information on where the tires were or when I would get them. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and quality of service within the parts/service center and even on the managers part. Wish I would have taken my business else where

This place is my go-to. Staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. I also love that the store is pet friendly, so I can bring the dog in in the summer so I don't have to leave him in the vehicle. There haven't been to many times where I haven't found what I was looking for.

if you need it and they do not have it, they will either help you find it or get it delivered to their store from another Canadian Tire near by. management and employees are always friendly. 5 star in my book!

They don't carry very much stock of anything and the variety sucks. They also can't seem to update their hours of operation. Checked google and it said the store was open for family day. Came out hoping to buy a hockey net for my kids only to find the store closed. As i sit here typing this, there is plenty of traffic coming in obviously thinking the same thing as they stop in front of the door to check the hours posted on the door. This store is a disappointment across the board Edit: Oct 31/2018 Bought a trailer jack on sale today. Got it home only to find out it was a store return! All the parts were out of their packaging and many parts were missing. Why was this on the shelf being sold as new??? And of course it was the last one they had in stock. Just another letdown by CT Hanmer....

Decent service. Limited selection unfortunately. But a handy location for people north of Sudbury.
