In July, we purchased a mattress from the North Bay location of the Brick. Amber was super-helpful and the mattress arrived at our home quickly. Unfortunately, after trying the mattress for a couple of weeks, we came to realize that we hated it! Neither of us were able to get any sleep! We called the Brick and made arrangements to exchange it for a different one. We went through a very reasonable process and are happy to report that the new mattress was extremely comfortable and we were finally able to get some sleep! From the store staff, right down to the delivery guys, we are very happy with the service!

The Brick North Bay made our task of furnishing our new house simple and seamless! We had excellent service and assistance with every detail in choosing our family room essentials! The showroom is clean and well put together - makes it very easy to picture the furniture in your home! A comfortable experience and affordable pricing and options for any budget!!!

Great experience buying a new washing machine as ours had just decided to give up on us. Derek helped us pick the best machine to work for our family and had an answer for all of the questions we had. Great experience all around. Will be returning to this location in the future for sure.

Always a pleasure! My entire house is filled with brick furniture. Every transaction is smooth, effortless and efficient. They offer multiple ways to finance my orders in order to suit me best. I’m not the best at making decisions when it comes to design and they always help make it easier for me by creating visuals for both my home and business spaces. Delivery is quick and staff are all friendly and accommodating! We love The Brick North Bay!

5 star review. Great customer service, they took the time to explain everything to me about the products with expert knowledge and patience. Everything always runs smoothly from shopping to delivery. I was offered several reasonable options for payments. This Brick store is the best one I've ever purchased from.
