Sodhi Furniture

They have good variety of furniture, sales manager was really helpful.

Nice collection of furniture, but they don't believe in making a deal, they aren't very flexible with mix and match or any kind of adjustments. They go with WYSWYG concept. So go with that in mind.

Thnks for being corrteous but hardly any variety for office furniture

very bad service. horrible experience. very poor customer service. i will never recommend anyone. they don't know how to talk to Customer. Its not India come on !!! finishing in furniture is very bad also. when you call them to complain they will hang up and will not listen to you. here is the experience: I called them and told him there are some issues in furniture. Uncle(Turban Guy) first hanged up as soon i said there is a complain. he said ok ok no problem will send a technician. called again and they told us that technician can only come in between 8-11 am or weekends. they will not try to adjust at all. we agreed for weekend. then we are receiving a call a day before his visit saying that the tech cant make it on weekend has to be in weekdays. any ways we managed that as well. then tech came in and said there is nothing wrong in finishing blah blah. when i asked him to look properly then he said it needs to replace, he can not repair. (as uncle was saying that tech can repair everything ). now when we asked them to replace then they said it will be ready in a week. i called after a week and they said oh no it will be ready next week and will deliver on Thursday . no one came on Thursday. they called and said we can deliver only in the morning not after 4 pm as we requested after 4 pm. me and my spouse both are working we can not stay home every time for their mistakes. then they said they can deliver on Saturday but after 2 pm as we needed to go somewhere which we canceled for them. i requested them if they can deliver b/w 2-3 pm but they said no no it will be coming in b/w 2-6. so they will work their own way never try to accommodate. i made biggest mistake ever. will never ever go back. we cancelled our order from Brick because of them. they were saying that we will get our furniture in one to two weeks which took more than a month.. when i asked for money back they were not ready for that either. it was really bad bad experience. i wish i could give them 0 star

I order furniture, they forget, when it was delivery day, they are making excuses
