I am not going to tell the details of my very bad story with cosmos furniture today but for sure will do so if I don't get a solution as soon as possible

TOP OF THE LINE ... UNIQUE IN NORD AMERICA

It is very strange. Here it is mentioned that 1055 Clark Blvd., Brampton, ON is Cosmos Furniture; whereas since last 3-4 week, on 1650 Radio, they are advertising that BRAMPTON FURNITURES is closing down at 1055 Clark Blvd., Brampton. Every week they announce that it is closing down. When we visited the store, their sales associates recognized us that we visited Vanaik Furniture location. That was true we did visit Vanaik Furniture. The salesman dealt us well. He asked us to pay 50% now and 50% to the delivery people. He issued an INVOICE which was showing no store name and no telephone number. He wrote a contact telephone number with his pen. We didn't notice at that time. After a few days, when we started calling to ask for the delivery day and time. No one picked up that phone. We googled the Cosmos Furniture telephone number and called them. The operator said that store location has been rented to Vanaik Furntiure so please call them. I asked for their telephone number and she replied "get it from the internet". I never expected such a rude customer service by COSMOS Furniture. Anyhow, after a series of telephone numbers a person owned and said that your sofa set is booked but you have to pay the remaining 50% first. Visit our store again and pay full amount only then stuff will be delivered. I replied that I was willing to pay 100% but your salesman said pay 50% now and 50% at delivery. Now I again have to drive for 35 km to pay you. He straightforwardly said "yes, you will have to make full payment". I had to waste 2 hours in total to go there and pay the remaining 50%. The next day, delivery people came but they didn't bring the cushions. So, we had to pay a third visit to get the cushions from Clark Blvd. They are shameless people. On our all complaints they had unrealistic excuses. Their after-sales service is totally failure. So, guys be careful. In November, they were announcing it CLOSING DOWN STORE. In December, they called it BOXING DAY SALE. Then. it was converted to NEW YEAR SALE.
