I don't usually review stores, but I just had to after my experience at this one. I am getting ready to redo my living room and was unsure of how to proceed, especially after visiting some of the other furniture stores in the area. When I walked in here everything changed. I was welcomed and told that if I had any questions not to hesitate to ask. Then I was left to browse and not hounded. When the salesperson came back a few minutes later she asked questions about what brought me in and after telling her, she sat down with me and explained what I would need to achieve the look that I am after. We went through fabrics even though I told her I wasn't ready to purchase today and there was never any pressure. I left to discuss with my husband and will be back to pull the trigger as soon as I get him on board.

Great selection of high quality furnitures, appreciate that a lot of customization is available. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come back again and recommend to friends.

Rebecca was a joy to deal with. She was helpful, thoughtful and non-pushy.

I purchased 2 IMG recliners. Stone Creek had the best price compared to the retailers in the GTA. It was a pleasure dealing with Soila at the Woodbridge location and the delivery was the best ever. I received a reminder the night prior with a 3 hour window, notification the morning of with the exact time of arrival, and they were here as promised. Top flight professional service at all levels. Thank you Stoney Creek!

Walked into this store this afternoon and was neither greeted nor asked if we were looking for a particular item. The only time an employee said a word to me was when she passed me by in walking and simply said "How are ya?" Unacceptable service. I will never come back here.
