Purchased 2 custom sectionals and within 2 weeks the fabric started wrinkling and puckering. Went back to where I purchased the couches and they contacted Comfort Style. Their solution was to use the denser foam cushions. Not being able to be without couches for weeks, I had to take all the cushions into the store which is 2 cities away, and unzip the fabric, remove the foam and put the new foam in on my own with one of the associates working at the store. This was no easy task and took 2 hours. Of course, it doesn't look like it did when it came from the factory. A few weeks after this, the same problem was occurring. With no convenient way to solve this issue I was stuck with $3800 worth of old looking couches. The fabric is sub par and has too much stretch in it so it looses shape. We are not big people by any means so this should not be happening especially since I have a much older, cheaper couch in microfiber which has not done this and still looks brand new. Would not recommend purchasing couches from Comfort Style because if you have an issue, they make it too inconvenient for you to get a resolution. If you can be without anywhere to sit for weeks on end, then by all means buy their furniture.

Tried calling but no answer or voice mail so writing what I wanted to discuss with Customer Service. Bought sofa bed in North Bay Leon's April 2017 and called them in September to let them know there was a problem with the bspring reclining that it did not go all the way back. Tech said sees the problem and replacing was delivered few days later. Was nit until I used it that saw replacement was the same. Went in yesterday and was told it is not a defect but the way it is designed. Did not know then who manufactured this couch as there was no label providing this information or contact information , Store manager called me and after discussing my displeasure of this couch both as a couch and sofa bed was given the manufacturer's name and said if they approve an exchange to something I feel is a comfortable replacement they will exchange. Don't get me wrong the sofa bed is a great quslity built but lacking both comfort in sleeping and sitting

Fantastic product! I have one of their sectionals and we love it. St Jacobs Furniture House is a great store that carries Comfort Style at great prices.
