Went here to purchase bed and sofa. I was told that the bed frame was made in Canada and was pure oak wood. Also they told me that they get their furniture items manufactured at the same place where Leons gets its furniture manufactured. I wanted oakwood bed frame so I booked the bed with them only to notice that the same frame was with Leon's and it was pine wood and made in Malaysia. When I asked them whether the bed frame wood was pine and made in Malaysia, the owner told me that he will find out about the same but never came back to me. What kind of an owner this guy is who doesn't know whether his furniture is oak or any other wood and whether his furniture is made in Canada or Malaysia. If this guy did not bother to call me back before I made the payment what after sales service is he going to give me after I make the payment and the product breaks or is defective. I cancelled my order and purchased everything from IKEA. Atleast I know whatever material IKEA uses in its furniture is 100% correct and has several years of warranty which it will definately honour. Stay away from such furniture shops.
