Horrible moving company. The driver for one of their trucks reversed into me yesterday while I was making a right turn into a street causing me to then get rear ended. When I and the other driver confronted him he said it’s not his problem and didn’t care. I’ve reported the truck to the police. Horrible people work here!

I saw a sofa on their website and went in today to take a look at it. They did not have this particular sofa on display but I wanted to know if they still carried it and if they would do a special order. Female customer service rep was so condescending, immediately assumed that I would not be able to afford it. However, Paul the sales manager stepped in and was very pleasant and helpful. This furniture store has very nice furniture but I think the owner needs to do some customer service training with their staff. Also I read a lot of the reviews where others complain about their delivery service. Hopefully they will do some training there as well. Overall, Paul saved the day for me.

Ordered a premium office table. The price turned out very good. The timing was fine but their delivery service... That was something else... Two highly unprofessional savages came to my house, never heard of protective cloths for stairwell and hardwood. Caused more damage to my floors than double the price of the table. When started assembling the furniture, acted super unprofessional and careless. Left skid marks on my walls from their shoes, dropped hammer and drill on my hardwood, left scuff marks on the floors. Literally had to tell them what to do in order to preserve my house. Later I found out that one of them was trying to attach furniture door knobs with a drill and left circular scratches around the face surface of the doors. Who does that? Make sure you get no assembly service from them. Also, don't be shy to point out at the things they should've learnt by now doing their job.
