Really great service! We bought a coffee table and brought it home only to realize we had two of the same parts instead of the table top in one box and the legs in the other box. The manager was super accommodating and offered to deliver the right part to our house and pick up the wrong part as we didn't have access to a vehicle. We appreciate the prompt response and really great service.

The furniture at this location was great, however the service was laughable. Not even a greeting upon walking in (3 employees with Max 3 customers including myself and my partner). Only after browsing for 10-15 minutes did someone come and ask if I needed anything. While one employee was speaking to me, the other two sat beside her and were on their phones. No discretion whatsoever. I don't mind employees being on their phones, but a customer in their midst should warrant some respect or at least importance. Whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Once again though, furniture itself was nice, some very cool modern pieces.

I had really BAD experiences about Structube, the product is made with low quality, which first I received the leg of a coffee table was broken, then the manager told me to go to the store for an exchange of a leg, I did so. Unfortunately, when the dinning table arrived, I found that the screw base didn’t install for one of the table leg while I was almost finished assembling the table. I contacted the store and the manager told me to go to the store again for repairing which was to install the screw base of the table leg. Therefore, I disassembled everything twice and drove far away to store twice on weekended for newly purchased but defective products. On the second visit, I attempted to talk to the manager about this situation and I need an appropriate explanation of how they solve the problem, the front desk associate told me that the manager was not in the store, even if the manager was here, there would be no additional service they can do about my situation. I’m really disappointed about what I experienced, it is not only regarding to the defective product, but also about their services. I had no choice but to spend my time and drove all the way to the store for repair the defective items, with NO additional services or explanations.
