Surprise to find this. This is a real antique store with real antiques that are picked out and some refinished by owner Al and wife. Gas pumps, signage etc etc would visit again

We have been shopping here every few months for a few years now ever since it was recommended to us by other decor lovers. Owners Wendy and Al are amazing. They travel stateside and round up some of the rarest finds that you can bring home and make your own. Their eye for wonderful pieces is matched by Al's amazing craftsmanship when it comes to restoring pieces from the past. His artistic abilities to turn some pieces in to new objects and often giving them a new face is unparalleled in these parts. The stories that comes with each piece you bring home allows you to have true and authentic conversation pieces and starters. The prices are beyond reasonable considering they have done all of the picking for you. If you want something to add to your home or cottage, simply tell Wendy and she will start scouring the America's and bring it home to you right here in Muskoka. I tell everyone that once they find Flying Star Antiques just over the railroad tracks, they won't be disappointed and they will thank me!
