This is definitely the place to be for all kitchen art lovers. Love their sales and always impressed with the creativity behind their items.

The store is very organized, neat and tidy. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. I was holding an item while walking around and a staff member grabbed a basket for me to put the item in. Took me by surprise. Little things like that go a long way in customer service.

I love this store. So many different styles and options for almost every area in your home to choose from. They are always having a sale and the mark downs are real. Plus if you sign up for their news letter, you get a 20%discount coupon that works.

Nice staff. Friendly and approachable. I interacted with Melanie and another girl I don’t remember her name. She had nice long dark brown hair and brown skin with glasses. Bought my item to the cash for me.

Very rude and humiliating behavior from the manager.. we went to return an oven.. Firstly, he refused by saying that it was purchased from warehouse sale which was not true as we got it from the Bramlea city centre location.. then very rudely he unboxed the oven and was also misbehaving with the cashier.. after he refused by saying that it was used which is totally untrue and said "THE MANAGER IS REFUSING THIS RETURN" and he suggested me to "BETTER SELL IT SOMEWHERE ELSE".. I would never go back to Kitchen Stuff Plus as I was yelled at and humiliated in front of so many people present there. Never had this kind of disappointing experience before.
