Poor quality products, pathetic customer service and worst delivery guys. One star is way more than what this sore deserves. Once you pay money, you should forget any service from them. I purchased a bed recently, the delivery guys are so unprofessional that they don't even have common sense to wear shoe covers while entering into clean houses. I forced them to wear the shoe coves after long unprofessional debate. Never responds to calls, they took my damaged product to fix it, after 4 weeks (3 visits to store), returned the product with out fixing it. Very frustrated with the way they deal with customers. I would strongly suggest that never ever purchase anything from this stroe.

Freindly staff, good selection of individual pieces and sets at reasonable prices ...Thanks NAV!

My experience here sucked!! There were so many issues with the delivery timing, they kept pushing the date forward and they never answered their phones. When the stuff finally got delivered it was all completely wrong. They delivered an entirely different bed set, and the design of our sofa was also wrong .1/10 do not recommend

Prior to reading any reviews, I had ALREADY made a purchase. I dealt with Ron, who was helpful, polite and honest. Immediately after the purchase though, I did feel ignored & ended up reading negative reviews. Besides an issue with the delivery (my fault), Ron rectified the confusion and Raj delivered my sofa. Raj was professional, polite, punctual and also asked if we needed help with the assembly. Although we declined, he still offered over-the-phone help. All in all my transaction went smoother than expected. 😊👍
