We just bought a bedroom set and this was our first purchase with Bad Boy Furniture. We had a great experience. Customer service is absolutely amazing and I was really impressed with the delivery system that allows you to track the delivery truck the day of. The delivery team was really respectful of our home (they took their shoes off!). Our purchase is very good quality, was really easy to assemble and the price could not be beaten. Will buy again!

Sales staff were very helpful and easy to get along with. No pushy sales tactics. Delivery was communicated in advance and they were exactly on time. Setup was done in minutes. The power sofa works as expected and very comfortable. For sure a very good deal! Thank you.

Price match in this store is a joke I purchased bedroom set for 1500$ after few days the price drop down to 1100$ i request for price match it's take two week following up by phone and visiting store but no result at the end they said No price match because you don't get technician installation !! but in fact i paid 150$ more for installation and at the day of delivery i ask where is the technician who will assemble the bed room set no one was available i stay 2 days waiting for technician to come but no answer i follow up with 6 calls to store but waste of time they reply was all the times the technician close his mobile phone and we could able to contact him!! this reply from big furniture store !! last year i bough mattress from Leon's the price drop down after 40 days i call them they refund me without asking 115$ , Leon's have the best customers service as per my experience BAD BOY NOT RECOMMENDED -> PAY MORE GET YOUR PEACE OF MIND

This is the worst bad boy I said just anybody that has money in there looking for good Furniture go to the brick you get better customer service and there's no mix up and you're not even getting damaged Furniture I bought a bedroom set for 3500 and it was damaged they came out and they fix my bedroom set they just put a little varnish on it it had a big gash then they gave me a $95 credit and I went to the store and I still purchased a deep freeze chest which was supposed to come on a Saturday and when I called to find out why the delivery man hasn't called me it wasn't even booked for that date was booked for a week after which is very bad so I sat there for the whole day waiting for a deep freeze that was not going to be delivered and they didn't even have the courtesy to even call me and say they change the date or there was some mix-up until I called worse I repeat do not buy from last bad boy. Thank you a very upset customer

1 star for the Full refund I got... Worst customer service and worst delivery service. Bad Boys is not bad but Worst Boys. Bought a sofa set from them and they were all good during sales process. But once the full amount was paid they got delivery wrong 3 Times. ridiculous Plus they once lied on delivery date when no one turned up. I had changed my plans for the delivery. The Brampton store General Manager, Manager, Regional Manager were not at all empathetic. Only thing they said 'sorry'. I wasted 2 days from my work waiting for delivery. lost money not working. I also lodged complaint with President of BadBoys Tony... he too did not seem to care. he promised to look into the matter but no luck. finally I was lucky to get my full refund... Guys go to places like Brick or Leon's they provide good service. I'll never return to Bad Boys....
