It was an excellent experience. I bought a Recliner set from them and they gave me best deal including delivery. The manager of store was very helpful in every possible way. We got the promotional discount as well. I would highly recommend this store to all.

We bought a genuine leather sectional last week from Bliss Furniture at Derry & Dixie. My wife and I had an awesome experience. They had brand name quality furniture at very reasonable price. They were very extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable and not pushy. Would highly recommend Bliss Furniture to my friends and relatives.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Not even 1 star. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. We purchased a table that had a cracked leg and the table itself had scratches all over it and the guy blamed it on us and told us we shouldn’t have broken the table and that we didn’t know how to put it together and that’s why the leg broke.. the packaging had obviously been open before as it was extremely poorly taped and he tried to say it’s because we opened it.. we also bought a bed that he kept pushing the pick up date but once we finally went to pick it up we wanted to be sure about it so we opened it at the store and we weren’t happy with it because the bed frame had cracks and the wood itself was cracking. We tried asking him for our money back because we really weren’t satisfied and didn’t want it and he said he already paid for it and that there was no option to get our money back because everything else was fine. He kept saying that there were signs that said no refunds.. there was no such sign. He then CALLED THE COPS on us because we wouldn’t leave without our money. We had to leave the store with the damaged bed he had sold us. Do NOT spend your money here. Terrible customer service and very bad quality.

I have purchased my sofa set as well as bed set for my kids and myself from the store manager, he was very helpful as to coming to our home to pick up a heavy dresser as his delivery people could not manage to bring up the stairs, we had a problem with out mattresses as they would not fit our bed well and he helped us out very well in solving the issue, I am very satisfied with his service, highly recommend.

My Husband and I purchased a mattress and Bed from this store on Boxing Day 2017. We received good service when we agreed to buy the mattress and bed initially but once the bed arrived 6 weeks later the guy screwed us over! When we agreed to buy the bed based on a picture in his catalog, we asked if the bed required a box spring for the mattress or if it came with a platform to rest the mattress on. He stated he didn't know and would find out but would provide us with a box spring "no problem" if it didn't come with a plat form. We specifically asked about this before giving him our money because why would be buy the bed if it could not be used upon arrival without a box spring (we were ready to buy one from him if it was needed...that's why we asked!) We made an error by not telling him to write his commitment down on our invoice as we in good faith assumed he would stick to his word as we needed more furniture in the coming months for our new home. The bed did not come with a platform and when we brought this to his attention he stated he didn't offer a box spring to us at all and that we should just go to Home Depot and buy wood boards to put down on the bed to we can put the mattress on it. We were really upset about this but what got us more fuming was that the frame of the bed had 1 bracket that was incorrectly positioned and incorrectly angled. It could not be taken off or re positioned as it was welded the wrong way from the start. Of course we sent pictures to the guy who sold it to us and he maintained that we were not reading the instructions correctly and we needed to fix this ourselves and that his supplier did not make any errors even though we sent him any pictures of the bracket and how it was positioned compared to the other 3 brackets on the other corners of the bed. So, along with the plywood, we also had to purchase an "L" shaped bracket and some screws to reinforce the one corner that had the incorrect bracket. We just moved into our new home and still have lots of furniture we need to buy and we will not be going back to him again! Please avoid this store at all costs!!! just stay away!!! it's not worth it...the only good thing about our bed is we like it's aesthetics but the construction, materials, and overall care in assembling before shipping were terrible and very poor quality!!! STAY AWAY!!!
