The custom furniture we bought from Buona about 4 yrs ago looks nice but is poor quality. I feel we wasted our money. We bought a leather recliner set. From day 1 the foot rest frames were flimsy/wobbly. If the floor model was this flimsy, we never would have bought it. All the screws fell out of 2 of the recliner foot rests so they're unusable. Lucky we bought the 5yr warranty but I've been trying for >1 month to get service to fix them, and no one responds. Last year, 2 of the recliner release handles broke and had to be replaced. One of the chair frames isn't built properly so there's a noticeable gap between the seat and armrest, which can't be fixed. I wish I invested in a better quality set from other brands I've bought before. So disappointed!

The furniture we bought is broken. The furniture started to break down within a year. 4 years later it is basically trash. My wife has been trying to contact customer service since late January to have someone come and fix the sofa and recliner again, however no one ever answers the phone or returns her phone calls or emails. This is ridiculous considering we paid almst $3000 on "custom" furniture that is really flimsy. Not impressed at all. Very happy to take your money but not happy to follow up when it comes to customer service it seems.

Ordered a bed frame, sofa and desk. They promised to deliver the bed frame within 8 weeks. I have been waiting for over 11 weeks and they did not deliver the furnitures yet. I tried my best to contact them. They said they would call back but never did. After I posted the review here, they finally contacted me and delivered the furnitures. So one of the planks supporting the mattress cracked already. This was unexpected as I am a 95 lbs woman and I paid over a thousand dollars for this. I’m extremely disappointed that something like this happened in just 4 nights of using it.

Great place to buy from, they have show room and you can buy what you see for less money because it’s in show room, I bought our bed room from them for 2000$ and my bulk bed for the girls 1000$, the bed was little bit expansive because it’s new and its double and single in the same time, They have very nice things and you can tell them to make a good price or make more discount. Friendly stuff, Recommended

They had a sale and I scored a nice set of dinning set. Wouldn't have thought about replacing my current one without dropping by the showroom. Very spacious and great service
