Overall terrible experience here, I was told to wait at a dock for over 30 minutes, I understand that things happen sometimes but after I expressed my displeasure to the manager (Matthew) I was told that my product would take a while to come down and that it was upstairs, I continued to wait and I noticed customers leave and it seemed to die down. I then noticed the manager I spoke with and another employee who was short, bald and had glasses hanging around their computer station looking at non related work material, it wasn’t until another employee came over and apologized for the inconvenience and loaded up my product. About 45 minutes for the whole trip and I am not happy with the brick or it’s choice of managers; they should all be fired.
