5 stars for the sales efforts. Their sales people will promise you everything possible on the earth. They will make you believe that you are actuslly getting a $1000 chair for $100. 4 stars for the pricing. If quality is not your top priority, then their pricing is really good. Atleast from what I researched. Although, don't trust my research. I am bad at it. Thats how I ended up in their trap. 3 stars for the quality of the product. They are not like made in China but they are not the best either. You get what you pay for. Majority is made of compressed wood and yes, the bed queks with little change in position. You can hear every spring under your mattress. Threads from sofa covers will start to come out. 2 stars for their customer service. Record your phone calls if you happen to talk with them on phone. They will not honor if there is no recording. 1 star for the delivery. 100% guarantee that your delivery will not happen on the date and time as promised. When things get delivered, a good 30-40% stuffs will be damaged. No proper handling. You will see your dollars in dents, scratches and broken drawers. They will attempt for replacement and that too will most likely be damaged. Experience- Once bitten, twice shy. I will pay more and get good quality stuffs with peace of mind from elsewhere. You may feel that it is one off Experience with me, but then read other reviews too. The one with 5 stars are the real lucky ones or the reviews from "friends" as the name appears. I regret my purchase which was in a total of around $5600. I feel I didn't get the worth of amount spent. All my issues were resolved by them. I was compensated too, but the stress and experience both were at its worst. I lost more than what I gained.

I recently purchased a bed set and dressing table from Friends Furniture, and I am highly satisfied with my experience. The delivery was remarkably fast, arriving within just 2-3 days. The delivery team was outstanding, providing excellent service. Moreover, the customer representative at the store was incredibly friendly and helpful during our visit. The furniture quality is impressive, and the overall shopping experience was delightful. I highly recommend Friends Furniture for their exceptional products and top-notch customer service. A truly enjoyable shopping experience!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Friends Furniture, and I feel compelled to share my story to help others avoid similar issues. My encounter with this store has been nothing short of a nightmare. Low-Quality Furniture and Broken Sofa Set: Friends Furniture's products are of shockingly low quality. I made several furniture purchases from them, and the sofa set I bought was broken upon delivery. It's evident that their quality control is severely lacking. Unresponsive Customer Service: As soon as I noticed the issue with my sofa set on the same day of delivery, I promptly contacted Friends Furniture. However, their customer service was alarmingly unresponsive. They assured me that someone would get in touch, but no one ever did. Endless Follow-Ups: I had to take the initiative to call them repeatedly, but my efforts were in vain. It was frustrating to be met with empty promises and a lack of accountability on their part. It became clear that their focus is on selling, and they have little regard for customer satisfaction once a purchase is made. Technician's Delay and Incompetence: After four long months of waiting, a technician was finally dispatched to address the issue. Regrettably, this technician did not complete the job satisfactorily. The work was subpar, and the problem persisted. It was evident that they lack the necessary expertise to handle repairs. Futile Attempts to Resolve the Issue: I continued to reach out to Friends Furniture, but my attempts to find a resolution were fruitless. Their apathy toward customer concerns is evident, and they have failed to honor their commitments to rectify the situation. In conclusion, Friends Furniture is, in my opinion, nothing more than a scam. Their low-quality products, abysmal customer service, and inability to resolve issues make them a store to avoid at all costs. While they may be efficient at making sales, their true colors emerge when customers encounter problems. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Friends Furniture to reconsider and explore other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality.

If there was a an option for 0 stars I'd give that or well below. Horrible customer service. They messed up on a piece and there was so much back and forth they were not owning to their error. Finally after 2 to 3 months the manufacturer came took the piece that was the issue and we told them exactly what was supposed to be done. We paid thousands of dollars and expect the quality to show. What do they do? Bring the same piece back a week later as if we are stupid and wouldn't know the different. I contacted friends furniture again and of course they aren't going to reply. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS. The cushions don't stay in their position. The long end piece doesn't even fit and there is a gap. Ridiculous. Never again!
