My parents took their measurements to this store and agreed to buy 2 love seats that would of that exact measurements. They delivered 2 love seats that was not of that measurement. They left it in my parents garage covered and just left before they had a chance to inspect the purchase. When my parents called and tried getting these love seats picked up the store people on the phone acted with disrespectful behaviour. My folk then went to the store and asked to speak with the manager but was totally ignored by two women and a man that worked there. This was Saturday April 28,2018 at approximately 6:15pm. They refused to help in exchanging the love seats for the right ones or refunding my retired parents money. They are now stuck with two love seats just sitting in their garage just where the delivery people left them. Horrible customer service from this place as I witnessed it first hand. Shame on ripping off retired people on fixed income. The least they could have done is deliver the stuff tbey paid for. Shame on them.
