Purchased 2 recliners in July. Confirmed with the office staff that the recliners were in stock. Set a delivery date for a Saturday in August as both my wife and I are working during the week. Was told by the office staff that due to the far out delivery date, that unless we pay in full, stock cannot be guaranteed. So we paid in full to ensure the stock will be available for our far out delivery, and our bill showed us that the stock was allocated to our order. We were also informed that we would receive a call a day before, confirming our delivery and a accurate time block. The day before the delivery came and no phone call. Called them and was told that the items were NOT in stock. Hum... If I pay in full my order would be guaranteed? Told that they would be receiving a shipment of the recliners in a few days and to call back. We did as directed and still no stock. For some reason the customer service representative transferred me to the sales representative instead of dealing with it themselves, a rude way to pass the buck. Our Sales representative ensured me that their was stock in their other location in Toronto and would have them transferred. Once received in their warehouse I would be notified to schedule a delivery date.... instead they booked a delivery date without consulting me and showed up on a Thursday when I was at work. Probably a good reason why the customer should be involved in scheduling a delivery date. Phoned again to schedule a date and there is no Saturdays available. Funny enough when I escalated the call to demand a refund, after being put on hold for a few minutes, an opening magically appeared that Saturday. This has happened to us once before with Leon's at this location where the product was not in stock at the time of delivery, but in all fairness they did their best to satisfy us which I appreciated. So I wanted to give them my business once again. I guess fool me twice shame on me. Will think twice about shopping at Leon's again.

I bought my appliances and television from Leon's and I had a great experience. I dealt with Carlos whose diligence and professionalism exceeded my (already high) expectations. I would recommend Leon's (North Mississauga) to anyone looking for a great deal and friendly service.

I give 4 stars only because I do not like the way that Leon's displays their pricing. The customer service is excellent the store is well laid out and very tied and the displays are well thought out and inviting. Their prices are good and quite competitive but, when it comes to their price displays, on their beds anyways, the prices card hang down off the end of the mattresses forcing the customer to bend down and read each card. I am short and still found it hard to read much less my just under 6' hubby and over 6' son. If that's not bad enough, the price on the front of the card has the price breakdown on the back of the card, forcing the customer to remain in the bent position to get all the information. (in small print and not very organized. God help those with sight issues) Add to that, they have that same setup for each and every size of bed so that, if you are making a chose between two sizes of beds or comparing several different beds, it can be backbreaking work. (See photos) Please fix this so that shopping at your store can be a joy again.

purchased 2 couches 3 weeks ago july 29-2018... took the day off to wait for DELIVERY... (August 14-2018) called sales office at 3:00 and got the run around and said it would look in to it... never called back... called the store and after ringing for 10 minutes.. was told that it would arrive 2 days later... no explanation and no compensation except attitude when we called....... STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION...they are quick to talk to you when you enter the store... but after purchase and paying in full... they could care less... lots of other stores to shop for furniture with customer service you can rely on!

I really think all scales should have a zero to begin with, as averaging out the no. of reviews really just helps the establishment and doesn't necessarily reflect the true picture. Pathetic experience through and through and Leons is just very consistent in being pathetic as a business unit. Whether its the product quality, professionalism, delivery, sales, returns or commitments. I don't wish to enter their store ever as I am not interested in dealing with street hustlers in the garb of Premium furniture outlet. I don't even know where to begin from but will tell you that their "Dining Table" was delivered and returned TWICE from my place and it took them 2 weeks to pick these rusted (LIKE really rusted), misaligned, chipped and wobbly chairs and tables. Despite the first Table and Chair set being returned to the store and raising the concern, the second piece was worse and even though it was assembled in store before being delivered had the same problems as the first piece. Absolutely ridiculous return and installation policy. The amount of effort it takes for two individuals to drive from warehouse to a client's location and unload the material is significant. Why would you not open it right there and take the returns if the item is below quality. And they will reschedule and come back again and that piece of junk will remain in customers house until then. (3-4 weeks in this case for two returns). I just really wish they knew how to run a business successfully and wouldn't have to resort to these "Stoop low" strategies to remain profitable. For all this hassle we cancelled the coffee table and the dining table (oh BDW) not advertised on the website anymore ;) so someone will save the hassle of going through the BS. We lost an entire month, lost so much time and money and still didn't had the dining table/chairs till the time we changed the BRAND. Good Bye Forever LEONS/BRICKS (You will be getting a review as well)
