We visited the store on 12/4/18 browsing for couch and Sabrina assisted us as we walk in the store. She showed us the couches and we found one that we like. She answered all our questions about the couch and thoroughly explained how to care the couch. She processed the sale fast with all the details. We were about to leave the store after and she asked if need other stuff. I said we are also looking for a good deal on mattress. Just the same she showed us this mattress that we like and help us through the sale process. Sabrina was very helpful. Thank you Sabrina.

Sales team was great. Got a great deal. Sales Manager Filip really helped with an issue regarding delivery. Awesome customer service!

STAY AWAY from this store. For selling, they can say anything and will try to trap you for extended warranty. Before buying the warranty, please read and understand all the points. Salespeople or warranty people will give all wrong commitments for selling the product but once it comes to use warranty, they will come with different process. Don’t believe their salespeople... I bought a sectional with extended warranty. They mentioned either they will REPLACE or REFUND in case of any issue. The sectional started peeing on some stitches just after a year. Since I was having extended warranty I called this year and scheduled a technician appointment on 30 June. The technician confirmed that this will be covered and someone will call back within 2 business days. I never got any call and then I followed up after 2 weeks and they mentioned that no one reviewed the report and confirmed again they someone will call within 2 business days. Again I followed up after 2 weeks and then they said they don’t have any report and so they can send the technician again. I escalated that and then after 2-3 weeks they confirmed that they agreed to cover this and the store manager gave the option for deselection or refund for 70% of value. I escalated again for 100% refund as per confirmation by the warranty person while buying the sectional. After some days I got a call and email confirmation that there is no policy for refund and that will be store credit only. I escalated that and disagreed to accept this offer. 31st August evening I got a call from one of the operation managers and she confirmed that was refund and not store credit and she confirmed that she will follow up with head office for more refund and confirm me in 2 business days. Until September there was no call and whenever I was calling no one was having any clue. Then I sent one email with the call history and then finally one of the managers agreed that she called but she denied for the refund. I am very frustrated with the quality and service with the Brick and I don’t want to buy anything from Brick with this pathetic experience. I bought sectional and dining set and section surface started peeling and the dining chair base came out of the base just after a year. There is no point to go to store again for this kind of quality and pathetic service. Finally in October last week they send 1 email confirming 2 options for deselection of store credit with 70% value but not ready for refund. I denied and when I called the store for all this then the manager asked to come to store and meet personally to have some solution. When I send to store the manager was so rude, she was not listening anything and started saying the same thing which was emailed. While selling the stuff salespeople will say anything and will never provide any information on warranty also to read or go through. They will even say if you will cut the leather with knife then also they will cover... I thought the Brick a one or the best brand of Canada but it is COMPLETE GARBAGE STORE WITH NO VALUE......

Be away from this store. I bought a sofa it’s been a month and dint deliver at . When I talk to customer service they just say its not their responsibility. Worst shop I have ever seen in Canada . Leon’s is far better with very good customer service . Brick promise us to delivery on time and we are asked to pay for that . Then if we complain they just say it’s not their responsibility. Just don’t believe them . And customer service manager is worse . He is not meant for customer service he was rude . I will never buy something from Brick again
