Brothers Furniture is the most useless, unprofessional, and cheat company. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They lie to you over and over. Ignore calls. We have bought our furniture about 8 months ago and still have not got it. Every month we call them more than 10 times, they ignore calls once they know it's you. And when you call them with a different number or privet number, they pick up all they say is “we promise or grantee you will get it next week”. But till this day we have not got it. We were supposed to get it within 4 to 5 weeks, but it has been 8 months. We had an absolutely bad experience with them. The worst customer service ever. They are not responsible and very rude and disrespectful. Do not do any business with them.

What you pay for is not what you get. Not punctual at all, promised to deliver a bed in three weeks, they delivered after two months. They do not inform you when they want to deliver. Installer are not experienced at all. Although the owner is a young gentle guy but the quality of service is low.

Avoid like the plague. If you can wait a year to get your furniture than this is the place for you. Advice if you do purchase with them is to pay with credit card so you have the ability to open a charge back if worst comes to worst. Pay cash and say goodbye to your hard earned money

I do not recommend this place. We had an absolutely bad experience with them. Out furniture delivery was delayed by 4 weeks. While the delay was unprofessional, I could have lived with it if their customer service was good. To start, we were not informed that there would be a delay until we called them to a day before the actual date. Further they are outright rude and take no responsibility whatsoever for the delay. We then had to make many many calls to make them give a commitment for the future delivery date (4 weeks in future). And honestly the furniture that was delivered had issues as well for which we tried chasing them but to no use. Stay away from this place. I wish I had read the reviews before I shopped there.

it is a good place but you need to wait for the guy to come to his shop, otherwise you will be briefed about the items without deep knowledge of the other staff
