DONT GO THERE !!!!! I bought the mattress which is garbage after 2 months of using. The rude owner pretended that he doesn’t hear me, the whole conversation he was on the phone talking to someone else. DONT BELIVE IN ANY WORD COMING FROM HIS MOUTH, they took the money and you can forget about the warranty, returns, exchanges etc.

I do not see to give 0 STAR, so I put 1 STAR. Pathetic experience. They are just fraud. Once they sell the item they behave like they sold the item for free. Think twice before you buy from Prakash Furniture.

They are bunch of cheaters, very bad customer service. They never live upto their promise.. as soon the product is sold, and you pay, everything changes.. pathetic attitude. First the delivery guy left the sofa at condo building main door, didn’t even wait for me to come down and receive the delivery. Secondly parts missing in delivery and when i call to ask for them, i am asked to drive to the store and pick them myself.

Loved my experience. Found what I need at the price I needed. Very helpful staff. would definitely recommend this place.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst customer service I've ever received from a furniture store. Once the payment was made, extremely unresponsive. Gave 5 different delivery times and kept beating around the bush. avoid this place at all cost. Quality is also very poor.

A good variety, enough time in showing and good service.

Very poor with after sales service. Bought a dining set few years ago. Product quality is good and that's reason for revisiting. Bought a bed and coffee table set. Been over 3 months to receive coffee table and turns out they are out of stock and will be another few weeks long wait. No clarity on when it will become available. Required at least few calls and in person visit to get some assurance.
