The owner and his staff were extremely professional, patient and talented. They spent time and advised us personally with our custom pieces. Between their website and their showroom, they have it all. Everything was great quality, priced well and looked amazing. They surpassed our expectations. We will be going back for sure. Thanks!

We decided to visit Iconic influenced by very favourable online reviews. We investigated further by visiting the showroom where the commitment to customer service and product quality was evident. We were impressed by the personalized service we received from Jay. As a result of this impressive experience, we decided to proceed with our purchase. As promised, the product arrived at our home at the agreed upon date. It was at that time that a hiccup became evident. Specifically, the version of the ottoman received was standard while we ordered the storage version. It was at this point that the "wow" experience took place. Jay immediately responded, apologized and committed to a prompt replacement. We are thrilled to report that the correct ottoman was manufactured and delivered. We are truly impressed with the experience from start to finish. Iconic will most definitely remain our "go to" company for future furniture needs.

After searching all over for couches and not finding what we needed, we decided to drive to Iconic based on all the positive reviews. We did not regret it! Within one hour (with two kids in tow) we found and ordered our sofa, love seat and storage ottoman. They were great with material and colour suggestions. Jay was also prompt with his follow up to any questions we had and we appreciated how they handled our complaint when our delivery was 2 hours late. We are already trying to buy more furniture from them!!
