Waited the whole day for my furniture to be delivered. Was told they were coming between 12 and 3pm. Just got a call from them saying they will be here in 25 min. The time now is 8:30pm, so I guess they will be coming at 9 or later. Not happy at all!!

Any good reviews written are probably by the owner themselves or a family member! My sister and I both bought furniture from this dishonest and cheat of a shity store... I got my furniture delivered to me a delayed date, I was told it was because "they had issues with the truck", which by the way they also told my sister the same lie, 3 months earlier. I've only had my couch for 4 months and already it needs replacement!!! Very cheap quality, definitely not worth the price. They also don't except returns if you "open" the product, which makes no sense since you can't even see the product without opening it!! The buffet they sent was in terrible condition, it had dents all over and a coffee table we had also has a piece broken off, and no these didn't happen after I took possession, they came that way. I wish I could give this store a --5. It doesn't deserve any stars. Beware of these dishonest people...

If you are looking to buy furniture do not go to the First Choice Furniture. I had my couch done over 3 times / delivered 3 times with multiple defects. If you are looking to buy i STRONGLY ADVISE you NOT to go buy from them, they are cheating, lying , spammers and VERY dishonest. He has no values and no business ethics. Currently I have been left with no couch and he refuses you to refund the money and insist to keep remaking the couch. Is this right?
