Went in to look at appliances, specifically fridges and ranges. I was there for approximately 1 hour, taking pictures and exploring measurements and features. Not 1 sales associate offered assistance!! Soooo I will be shopping elsewhere.

Not impressed! Told at time of purchase that our items would be ready for pick up today. Arrive at the store, only to find out - it's not in. Great, thanks for wasting our time. You think someone could have reached out to let customers know. Now having to wait another 7 days. Not happy!

Friendly staff. Not pushy considering that it's commission based. The store is clean and well layed out. I like that they have many clearly labeled made in Canada products. I got a great deal on some living room furniture. Leon's Brantford is definitely worth checking out.

We needed a new dishwasher today and I called the store looking to see if they had the one I hoped to buy in stock. I was literally ready to drive there and make the purchase. I asked the first person who answered the phone, they said they had “no idea” and put me through to sales. I spoke to a sales person and he was a bit short with me and said he would look and call me “right back, in 2 minutes”. Fair enough, he could have been with a customer. I waited and waited...that was 6 hours ago. In the meantime I went to Home Depot found the exact same model for $50 less, worked with a super helpful sales person there in and out in 10 minutes and it will be delivered Thursday. I am in sales, so I know it’s not easy but come on! Follow up and follow through sales 101. Lost a customer today.
