Normally I don't write Google reviews, however I felt the need to post one to inform others. I was interested in purchasing a pair of tower speakers for my home theater setup, as Bad Boy had a specific pair that other retailers weren't carrying near me. Now one of the things I always look into before purchasing anything, is the stores return policy. I always check for restocking fees and such. To my surprise, everything at Bad Boy is final sale. What the hell? This isn't the early 2000s or a retail store selling reburbished goods here. Give me a break, talk about anti consumer. Never considered this store for anything before until my current interest in speakers. Definitely won't even consider having another look at anything they sell until they change there policies.

Really great selection and a staff that listens to what you want and doesn't come on too strong. Really happy with our recent purchases. Will be returning in the near future. Compared to the nightmare of trying to order furniture online, this was a much more enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend.

We were on the hunt for a sectional sofa, and saw the perfect one in a flyer. Called to get more information, and Carter was very helpful. Ended up making the hour drive to see it in person, and made a purchase! It's a very friendly store, Carter made our shopping experience super smooth! We will definitely return for any other furniture needs, and will tell our friends and family.

Absolutely low life central... The delivery driver and his partner just blocked several people with the truck and said too bad we are movers... Wen there is a clear sign stating no commercial/delivery trucks.. Also I was called racist.. Because i asked a different color person to obey they law..... Nice cant wait to put the video on YouTube.

We were looking at electric ranges and refrigerators and comparing prices. We went into bad boy and they were quite aggressive. I inquired about the range for $898 and they said let me show what we can do in a pkg with a refrigerator. Ok...I said I like the fridge that's $1598 but home depot has it for $1398. She says let me make you a deal. She comes up with this "deal" and charges me $998 for the range and $1598 for the fridge. No thanks. What a joke! And this is the store manager! We definitely will not be returning!
