Got a mac book from them and it malfunctioned(screen would not turn on) so they sent it in to get repaired... that's fine.. but a month later and still haven't even seen the macbook yet and they keep saying it will be done next week(everyweek) , over and over again. They told us we can have a week with out paying for the wait... awesome! So we are about a month and a week now... they call back saying it's our fault and we haven't paid them for that week they told us we didn't have to pay and that now after a month of waiting for any info they are saying that we now have to pay for the fix.

SHADY BUISNESS TACTICS-I STRONGLY RECCOMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE. We just had 2 people claiming to be easy home employees show up at our home demanding money, shoving a debit machine in our face and barking at us. They even made the babies cry. The most pathetic thing about this was the fact that it was 2 pm- we technically didn't even have to pay them until 11:59pm Very very unsatisfied. Rude, unfriendly, dishonest. Absolutely disgusted with this place.
