The Brick Petereborough

We visited the Brick February 4th looking for 2 new appliances. Amy Welch was the sales assistant who looked after us. She was amazing and really listened to what we were after and showed us many options. She even let us know about discounts we would not have known about, had she not pointed them out. We have dealt with Amy in the past and she is the only one we will deal with at The Brick. Nothing against the other sales assistants, but due to her understanding what the customer wants.

My husband and I had a lovely experience at the Brick this weekend. The knowledge of our Sales Consultant Mary Genise was amazing. Having someone that was kind, funny and above all know how to answer our questions, make our shopping pleasant. We walk out happy customers with our new mattress and box spring. Will for sure shop the Brick again.

I have been looking to purchase furniture for our apartment for awhile, and I finally found the best deal at the brick. I used their website as well. I just remembered that one of the gentleman working in the store let me know about the best deal they had on the mattress, which was really amazing deal. I later called and put the order in on the phone. Didn't have to go back to the store to order ... which was awesome. For that, I increase my rating from 4 to 5.

The Brick in Peterborough is amazing! Caring, down to earth sales people who do their best to make our shopping experience the best it ca be! Tyler, in appliances was great! Wouldn't let us buy our new fridge stove washer and dryer at full price! Made us wait until day 1 of their VIP sale and got us great deals on our purchases! Jeremy, from furniture was also great! Very curtious and made sure we got exactly what we needed for our kids bedroom suites! Amazing service!

GREAT SERVICE FROM KYLIE SCOTT! My son bought new appliances through Kylie last fall and referred my husband and I to her for appliances for our new home. We made a few visits to see Kylie and she was always attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thanks Kylie for your assistance in the process of selecting the right appliances for us at the best possible price. Can't wait to see and use the appliances in our new home when we move in.

Fabulous customer service, I had an issue that the store manager dealt with immediately and I ended up buying more furniture and appliances for my new home. I will certainly be coming back as long as he is there and will tell all of my family and friends.
