Our salesman Dylan is very knowledgeable about the products that he is selling, and made my decision easier to make when you have the information about the products you're deciding on. Would highly recommend anyone needing a new bed that lives in or near Peterborough to go Sleep County and ask for Dylan, whatever type of bed you're looking for he will have the information you need.

Sleep country customer service is beyond poor. We bought a mattress for our son who required a special type of mattress, the store did provide. The mattress came with the protection pad we ordered. The pad failed and so did Sleep country customer service. We had a stain on the mattress and asked for help. Sleep country on many levels blamed the mattress proctector company. After months of discussions Sleep Country decided they would replace our mattress. Delivery day came with a VERY rude and abusive delivery person. Sleep countries delivery driver decided he did not want to take our old defective mattress and cover. The driver was swearing and very very unprofessional. We actually had to call the police after we called the distribution centre on a Saturday. The manager was also rude and recorded. The police came and determined Sleep Country drivers require more diplomatic training and requests they leave before charges. After months of negotiations with Sleep Country the resultion was awarded with a new mattress also with promise same delivery guy would not come. Delivery day same guy. Sleep country can fly a Kyte and will never get another dime from us. We went to another company who was very nice to us and our son who required a specific mattress as he is a paraplegic. I whole heartedly can say from my experiences Sleep Country cares nothing about customers and only about bottom dollar. Thanks Christine for your reply to my many emails. NOT. Sleep Country only care about the $. Our son is a paraplegic and required the mattress we ordered in the beginning at the store. We did not get that product, we did get months, 9 to be exact of horrific customer service. PM for video and voice recordings of such service before a purchase. Big companies don’t mean big service.

Our new bed is great ... very comfortable and it was on for half price. We were delighted to find that we could buy a mattress in Peterborough and have it delivered to Cornwall!
