This store by far was my best experience in buying a bed. Best staff I've ever dealt with. Very happy with my purchase.

A bit pushy

At the recommendation of a friend, we visited the store and spoke directly with Ken, the owner. Not only was he knowledgable, but he was pleasant to speak with. Not pushy at all. He gave us a very good price, and even though we came back the next day he honoured the price from the previous day and saw to it that the bed was delivered on time. Good place to buy a bed.

I stopped in here to look at mattresses to replace my existing one. I had originally planned to shop around before committing to purchase anything, however the I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, informative, and very honest. After explaining the differences between a few models I was looking at, the representative I was dealing with actually suggested I go with one of the cheaper options as the quality was just as good (or better) as the Simmons BeautyRest I was leaning toward. In the end I opted to go with the top of the line Simmons option that they had. After the mattress was delivered (only an hour after I made the purchase), I got it set up and after testing it a little, I found it wasn't what it seemed in the showroom. It lacked a few of the features I wanted and which I had been told it had, and I found it firmer than I had remembered. I called back down and spoke with the representative I had worked with, and after discussing it with him, he said it was no problem, he would bring in a different model for me. He advised that the models had all just been changed and they were still familiarizing themselves with them. He said it was no problem, they would just switch out the one I had for the one that was in line with what they had explained to me in the showroom. I can only say the service has been excellent, the follow through and reliability of the staff is exceptional, and in a day and age where finding someone that lives up to their commitments is really challenging, these guys sure seem to. You can buy a mattress anywhere, but it's the after purchase care that makes or breaks the experience. You can feel safe buying from MasterBedroom in Peterborough as they seem to still know what it means to stand behind their products and ensure their customers are well looked after. I'd recommend these guys 100%.

After shopping around to several other companies within the area. My husband and I came here. Josh was who helped us find the perfect match. He was very knowledgable and gave us the best deal in town. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a good nights sleep! Thanks Masterbedroom!
