I just wanted to share my great experience with Heritage. I had been to a couple other Furniture stores with no luck and terrible service, until I went to Heritage Furniture! A lovely salesperson Paige helped me find the perfect bed. She asked me exactly what I was looking for and explained the difference between the mattresses why some were harder and softer. She actually listened to me instead of just selling me something. She also was wonderful explaining my options for payments and how they would take away my old matress. I will be recommending Paige to people who need help with buying new for furniture. Oh and I'll be back to see here in a bit for a new couch😁 You have some great staff at your store and wonderful selections.

Wanted to share our great furniture shopping experience we had at Heritage Furniture Peterborough. We have bought tons of items over the years (we recently retired......so aren't that young), at many different stores, including all the big box stores, and have never had as enjoyable an experience as we did at Heritage with Rachael. She was not pushy, nor did she follow us around like they do at Leon's/The Brick, etc....We were there 2 days in a row, and took a lot of time to make our decision, and Rachael was pleasant and very helpful, not to mention quite patient. The prices were quite reasonable as well compared to the other guys.....and yes, we shopped around and compared. Thanks for all your help Rachael!!!

I am a long time customer of Heritage Furniture. They have amazing staff that are very helpful from the sales staff, management and the delivery staff. Paige was awesome helping me select the write pieces for my new home. She followed up with me on the delivery dates of my items and answered any questions I had. I could also text her and she responded promptly which helped with my busy schedule. The delivery staff was great, they came in and set up everything and took away all the packaging. It was awesome! They have always stood behind their products in the past and I know they will going forward. They are prompt with service. Thanks to Heritage my new condo is looking more like a home. Kathy

We had an excellent experience. The selection and variety were more than enough for us to make a decision. The staff were very helpful, knowlegable and qualified and we purchased what we were shopping for.

Wonderful atmosphere, no high pressure sales! After shopping for a sofa for 8 months and travelling to many stores, Paige listened to what I was looking for and thankfully didn't tell me I was looking for a "unicorn". I had been told that by a salesperson at another store. I was in several times before I made that purchase, because I felt no pressure I kept returning until I was ready to make a decision. Some of my friends will no longer furniture shop with me! That's okay cause now I have Paige!!! Since then I have purchased more furniture from her and its now a faster process because she has taken the time to build a relationship and understand my tastes.
