Purchased a mattress and adjustable base. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Not pushed us to purchase. Enjoyed the experience with Rachael.

A couple of months ago we purchased a dishwasher, fridge, stove, range and big screen TV. Everything was delivered in a timely manner however, we had an issue with two broken shelves in the fridge, and the dishwasher kept spitting out an error code. We called the store and were directed to email the person in charge of such issues. Marie was absolutely wonderful. She promptly got both replacement shelves shipped to us and put in for a replacement dishwasher. Fast forward to two weeks later and the replacement dishwasher had a bent frame, and the door spring kept flying off when it was delivered. Again, we called Marie and as a result of two separate issues, we went with a different model. Third time it was a delivered, everything worked out fine. I really appreciated the service that they gave to us especially since we spent so much money with them. The only thing I will mention that is frustrating is that if you need a replacement delivered, it should be put as a higher priority for delivery. My husband and I work during the day and cannot always be home during the week to accept a delivery--especially 3 different times in 1 month. BUT Saturdays are always full for deliveries and you end up waiting two weeks after the product comes in for the next available Saturday. The whole process to get a working dishwasher took a month in a half and most of that time was wasted because my husband and I couldn't accept deliveries except for Saturday and they were always full.

Got my washer and dryer from here and can say customer service is wonderful!! Everyone is so friendly:-)

We purchased a Lay Z Boy recliner in January. The chair is beautiful great price. Went to pay for it. Customer service was terrible. Not very helpful as I did not have the account #. I thought they would have that on record. I then left the store called Dejardin myself and was able to retrieve the account #. When I went back in the store had to call Dejardin back in front of them to get the same #. They didn't tell me that when I went in the first time. They would not accept it. I was on the phone in front of them received the same # over the phone which they didn't hear the #, only I did. Does not make any sense to me. I was trying to pay my bill, not trying to get out of paying. Just left there shaking my head and thinking I won't be back.

Even though this is a big box store it has Woodstock charm. I really like going in this store. They look for the best deal possible. They are very friendly and answer all your questions. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service and the owner Roger made promises (3 times) for delivering a purchased couch that was paid month ago. The arrangement was to have this delivered on a day for a surprise birthday gift. Then we got a call stating that the truck broke and they could not deliver (like they only have 1 truck). Then promised to deliver 2 more times during a long weekend. Family and guest were coming but now the have no couch. Roger the OWNER then promised to have here on the Saturday morning to make sure our family and guest have a place to sit. After calling and rearranging guest to come on a later date, we got another call that Saturday morning stating that he has no help to deliver. Little that Rogers knows but one of his help is a friend and he told me that he was not called nor any other possible standby help was called. Leon's Woodstock do not care enough about promises. We do understand that things happen and break but now we know that nothing was even attempted. We will be call head office to let them know how terrible Woodstock location is. I will post the official complaint here shortly. DO NOT SHOP IN WOODSTOCK LEON'S
